“If you are trying to not only get in shape, but also want to adopt healthy habits as well, Missi, the owner, is who you want to see. She has been helping me develop healthy eating habits and an exercise routines since I was in college.

In 2016, I came to Missi because I felt like I was gaining weight and didn’t like how I looked. So with her being in Sacramento and me being 6 hours north, she drew up a CUSTOM 8 week meal and workout plan for me that would fit my goals.
